Program Highlights:
SUNY Downstate Medical Center Science and Technology Entry program serves forty students from five high schools in Brooklyn which are Clara Barton High School, Nazareth Regional High School, Bishop Loughlin Memorial High School, Brooklyn Generations High School and the School for Democracy and Leadership. We are partnered with the Arthur Ashe Institute for Urban Health Health Science Academy.Students are a part of the program for a 3 year cycle while taking an organ based anatomy & physiology curriculum.SUNY Downstate STEP also offers area college tours & information sessions in addition to cultural enrichment activities.
